Prices on the price sheet (before tax) are accurate assuming that the deck is going on a house, the door is no more than 44" off the ground, and that we can deliver. We need at least 1' more than the decks width to get the deck in. The down payment is typically 10% of cash price or 1st month down if the deck is less than $6,000 or first and last month if the deck is more than that. We will need to see a photo of where the deck will go to confirm that there would be no issues getting it in .
